Due to continuing improvement in the recruitment sector and our key markets we are looking to recruit an additional experienced Recruitment Consultant and a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Grantchester, Cambridge.

Our core recruitment markets are Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services/FM, Renewable Energy, Commercial and Surveying & Property. We also recruit within the Technical Sales, Motor Trade & Marketing industry.

We are interested in hearing from experienced Recruitment Consultants and Graduates who are looking for a work placement, internship or permanent position.

In return for your commitment and hard work, we will offer an initial trial period or internship for trainees and a permanent position for experienced Recruitment Consultant with real career potential.

We are only looking for candidates with real ambition and desire to develop their career covering both temporary and permanent appointments. Priority will be given to career minded candidates with good business acumen, ideally with some sales or recruitment experience or experience within one of our businesses, i.e. property, civil engineering, building services, commercial.

As a Trainee previous recruitment experience is not essential. However, you must be highly motivated, commercially aware and confident in your ability to build business primarily on the telephone.
