PROFILE:
This candidate is a MARLA qualified Lettings Manager who has worked for the same independent residential property company for the last 11 years, demonstrating excellent loyalty and the ability to be promoted through the ranks. She has successfully started and opened three offices within Kent gaining significant residential property management experience and geographical knowledge. Working for an independent company, quality of service, customer care and a personal touch are important factors but she is also very capable of working on commission.
She is keen to build on her existing residential experience and advance her career with a new employer. Although she doesn’t have any direct block management experience she is confident she could quickly learn and is willing to take a realistic salary drop to get an opportunity in this market. She has been involved in a wide range of properties from student lets in block developments through to large detached homes.
